Up until quite recently, Vietnamese food has been overshadowed by other more well-known Asian cuisines, such as Japanese, Chinese and Thai.‚ Our vision is to be able to showcase authentic Vietnamese cuisine from the northern, central, and southern regions to the rest of the world.
