As the name would suggest, this venue takes its whiskies (particularly of the aged variety) very seriously. Proudly displayed like trophies behind the long wooden bar, Cask 81‚s wide collection of international whiskies can be enjoyed by the glass or bottle and the more-than-friendly bar staff are happy to help you choose your favorite. And it isn‚t just spirits that the staff are adept at pouring – they also pride themselves on making a mean selection of coffee drinks, including frappes, espressos and even iced cappuccinos with a shot of added whisky (what else?).

For the non-drinkers, there‚s some deliciously fruity smoothies and mocktails and if all this sipping whets your appetite for something more, there‚s a modest food menu including bites like buffalo wings, glass noodle salads and fish rolls.
