In 1994, a preserved, upgraded and re-branded Carib Cinema reopened its doors as the Prevo Cinemall, carrying with it the essence and nostalgia of its past, combined with about 26,000 square feet of commercial rental space.

With its prime location, ambiance and accessibility, the Cinemall allows for a variety of shops, boutiques, professional offices and conference facilities. And even though much has changed, the businesses located here, whilst enjoying this prime location, are also contributing to the sustainable preservation of an important cultural and heritage property, and thereby enriching the social and Cultural Townscape of the island.
