A Hamilton tradition

Reminiscent of their homeland, original founders Fred and Rosa Obbereiter came from Austria in the 1950s and aspired to share part of their culture with those in their new home of Hamilton, Ontario. To this day, guests are treated to recipes their son, chef Wolfgang and his wife Gabi introduced so many years ago and have been so famously enjoyed for decades.
